How to lock in your dates

You can book by phone, email or our online form. Once we receive your deposit, the dates are reserved for you.

Yes β€” to confirm the reservation we ask for 50% of the total stay. Once the deposit arrives, your dates are firmly held.

Yes. In case of a serious reason, we'll refund your deposit or offer alternative dates. We just ask you to let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the dates to other guests.

Arrival and departure

Arrive when it suits you

Flexibility matters to us. We'll welcome you in person and walk you through the resort when you arrive.

Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM. If you're arriving earlier, let us know β€” we'll have the apartment ready as soon as possible, or you can drop off your luggage and use the pool in the meantime.

Check-out is between 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM. If you need a later departure, get in touch β€” we usually accommodate.

Yes, subject to availability we'll work it out individually. Just contact us in advance and we'll find a solution together.

We'll greet you in person, hand over the keys, show you around the resort and answer any questions. For very late arrivals, we'll leave the keys in a code-protected lockbox.

Accommodation and services

Comfort you can count on

All apartments are fully equipped. We live on site so guests can reach us any time.

Yes β€” free, fast Wi-Fi covers the whole property, including all apartments and the outdoor seating areas.

Yes β€” fresh towels, bed linen and basic bathroom toiletries are ready on arrival. For longer stays we change the linen once a week.

The apartments come with modern air conditioning. Please keep doors and windows closed while it's running for maximum efficiency.

Yes β€” there's a large pool (10 Γ— 5 m) and a small children's pool (2 Γ— 2 m). The pool is available any time, we just ask for quiet after 10:00 PM.

Unfortunately not. For hygiene and operational reasons we don't accept pets. If you travel with a service dog, please contact us to arrange something individually.

How to reach us

Sveti Lovreč Labinski is a quiet village in Istria. All the major destinations are within a 30-minute drive.

You'll find us in the picturesque village of Sveti Lovreč Labinski in Istria. Exact GPS coordinates are sent in the booking confirmation.

The nearest beaches are about 3 km away, and the centre of Labin is roughly 15 km. We recommend bringing your own car for maximum flexibility.

During the summer there's a seasonal bus service, but timetables are limited. For day trips we recommend having your own car.

Yes β€” parking is free on site, with marked spaces for each apartment.

If you drive through Slovenia you'll need an electronic motorway vignette. In Croatia you pay tolls on the motorways. We recommend keeping a payment card to hand.
